Remote Server Reboots
Control the power on your server directly. With just a few clicks inside our control panel you can reboot your server. We believe that if you need to power cycle your server you should be able to do it quickly; you shouldn't have to wait around for some support department to manually process a simple reboot request.

Remote Serial Console
You will have a direct and secure (ssh) connection to the server serial console. If a new kernel recompile doesn't go well, or an administrative accident knocks out your network configuration, you still have a way to reach your server.

Gigabit Transit Network
Your server will be connected to a 10Mbps unmetered ethernet port. What's the use of all that bandwidth though without a reliable network? The DebianColo network has been engineered to ensure the high-availability our customers demand. Our multi-homed network has over a 1Gbit/s of transit capacity!

RapidImage™ Service
If your system needs to be reimaged, you can access our RapidImage service directly through the control panel. It will allow you to automatically partition and reinstall Debian on your dedicated server in just minutes. In addition, if your server is unable to boot but has data you would like to recover, you can also access our ServerRescue service which will allow you to boot on a stock kernel over the network in order to access your disk.
